Does anyone know of a reliable company that can be used to transport goods to Huatulco? I am looking to relocate there in the very near future and was wondering if it's worth bringing furniture and personal goods, ie- dishes, towels, etc. down or easier to buy everything down there? I know there is limited shopping and apparently Acapulco is the best place for buying things. I don't know how that new appliance place, Elektra is outside of La Crucicita.

Bring it all down. Huatulco is a desert of goods as it is a beautiful place to live.

All cotton bed goods and kitchenware are especially true. The only thing to buy here are Margaritas.

Very expensive to ship to Huatulco, we just furnished a condo in Huatulco, bought mattresses, all electric appliances in La Crucicita about the same price as us, out furniture we ordered from Oxaca, we ordered on the web. I have the furniture company's email if you want it. The linens are not very good, sheets pillows towels ect it would be wise to bring with you, pots and pans as well, dishes to buy are plentiful. We used those vacum bags to bring everything and we had no problem, rember to keep your receipt for customs, anything else you would like to know email me mnaismith6690@comcast.net david
