Just to let you know that there is a lovely new villa for rent on an unspoilt beach with in stones throw from all the amenities of Huatulco. It's called Las Tortugas

Looks really good.

My wife & I & the two kids 12 & 14 (the surf should keep them happy) are visiting Huatulco is January from BC. How much is the Villa then? Or should I be emailing at the web address?

Is it far from Huatulco center?

What is the center of Huatulco by the way? LOL.

The center of Huatulco is La Crucecita, the beach center is Santa Cruz.

To answer the question about the Villa, Yes get in touch through the website. Though I do know Playa El Mojon and it is about 20 mins drive from La Crucecita.

12 & 14 YO (especially if they are boys) will love it.

Top tip: I know that this can be rented out all year round. Good investment. Rents out between $2000 & $4000 US a week.

The surfers love it for it's location right in front of the break. THE best surf wave in Mexico is only a 10 minute drive.
